Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3-5 years of experience in either customer service or purchasing/order processing
- Knowledge of export control and law preferred
- Strong problem-solving and research skills, ability to multi-task
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment, and positive attitude
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule; remote and in person
- Must be willing to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment that can pivot easily as well
Physical Requirements:
