We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and engaged Technical Project Manager to join our diverse IT team.
The Technical Project Manager at GHC is responsible for driving projects to successful completion by effectively managing resources, risks, communication, and quality while meeting project objectives and deadlines. Specific responsibilities include project planning, managing risks that will impact project success, coordinating organization wide communication, timeline management, and quality assurance to make sure that our customers and members get value from our efforts.
The Ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, a security mindset and strong instincts for problem-solving, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects. This role requires someone who is willing to learn and understand the many systems and services the IT Technical team provides to our customers, whether they are in the cloud or in the clinic.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with other members of the IT department on projects and system improvements, procedures, and standards
Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs against the allocated budget and adjusting as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met.
Emphasize discipline and professionalism in terms of uptime, service, security and cost
Follow change management guidelines, through utilization of the ServiceNow ticketing system
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering technical requirements, resources, and constraints.
