Are you ready to help us make the future? In this role you will assemble and inspect micro components of a high precision electromechanical device that supports the defense market. You will ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for their work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. They will also set up and monitor production in the area and participate in the continuous improvement processes at the site to improve safety, productivity, and quality improvements.
Essential Functions:
Job SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for conducting standard testing processes on various equipment and analyzing the results to ensure compliance with industry-specific standards. They will also suggest improvements in test methods or equipment when necessary.
We have the following shifts open 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
1st - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
2nd - 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.
3rd - 11:00 pm - 6:00 am.
All shifts are Monday - Friday.
Skill RequirementsMust Have:
* Testingprocess execution on various equipment.
* Knowledge ofindustry-specific tests.
* Proficiency in usingtesting equipment.
* Anassociate degree.
* 4-6 years of experience in the field or related area.
Preferred:
* Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures within the testing field.
* Ability to work under general supervision with some creativity.
* Capacity for planning and accomplishing goals independently.
