| Duties and Responsibilities | This person will serve be a postdoctoral research assistant in a cultural perinatal mental health laboratory focused on mental health disparities in Latinx populations. This person will participate in and initiate multiple long-term and short-term research projects. |
| Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | • PhD or advanced degree in a psychology, biological or biomedical-related field • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly the Latinx population · Be fluent in Spanish • Proven track record of effective technical training and oversight • Demonstrated ability to coordinate various projects with multiple short and long-term endpoints • Ability to prepare, comprehend, and comply with regulatory requirements • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills • Demonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain strong work ethic |
