We are a tech-forward Legal department - we are data-driven and embrace new technologies to automate and simplify our processes. You will work with a diverse group of attorneys around the globe and gain exposure to many different practice areas. The goal of the Legal Operations team is to enable our attorneys to focus on the highest value tasks and accelerate the speed and efficiency of legal work. This role reports to the Director, Legal Operations and is located in office 5 days a week in Santa Clara.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist with legal department intake, responding and routing requests from other internal departments to appropriate stakeholders
Assist with keeping department project management tracker up to date
Manage law firm/legal vendor engagement and communications
Administer matter management/e-billing system
Knowledge management - organize department work product and maintain intranet pages
Running reports and extracting data from contracts
Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
