Job Description

Wave Operator - 1st shift 7:00m-3:00pm or 2nd shift 3:30pm-11:30pm $16/hr
 
1st or 2nd shifts are available - Wave Machine Operation
This is a company located near Menomonee Falls, not near a bus line.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operate wave solder equipment for production assemblies.
  2. Perform duties as required and assist in daily production planning to fulfill production requests on a timely basis such that on time delivery to customer is maintained at Company goals.
  3. Modify programs as needed for wave solder equipment.
  4. Assure that necessary tooling is available prior to production startup.
  5. Perform periodic maintenance duties on wave solder equipment.
  6. Interact with Engineering to solve production issues.
  7. Follow established product handling procedures consistently.
  8. Keep work area clean, organized, and always maintain good housekeeping practices.
  9. Always comply with ESD guidelines.
  10. Move completed product from work center to work center, insuring that all production control documents are accurate.
  11. Perform other duties as needed to support the customers, manufacturing processes and the quality systems companywide. This includes following procedures, work instructions and completing all related documents
Qualifications: 
  1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Math and basic number skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), use of whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.
  3. Good verbal communication skills
  4. Must be able to read, interpret and consistently follow work instructions, and workmanship Quality Standards.
  5. 20/20 vision (with glasses or contacts, if needed) is required and must be able to see color
  6. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
