Summary of Responsibilities
Understand the system, workflow, various manual rules and guidelines set forth by West Bend to fulfil service level standards. Be proficient in various coverage parts and types of business. Produce high volume of work, while maintaining consistency and top quality. May review and process final audits. Adapt to and support continual changes in technology. Mentor trainees and provide backup to trainers. Complete special projects as assigned.
