Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategic Financial Systems, the Director of SE Product Catalog will manage the catalog of Product offerings across KNA's Supplemental Education business. The Director will liaise with Product Line Owners, helping them manage the necessary product data required for Product Set-up with our KNA Business System. The Director will also manage the Product Set-up team to ensure timely and accurate product placement within the catalog. Additionally, the Director will oversee the integration of each Product Line through the transition to HOME and the appropriate LMS destination, ensuring that each Product is configured to correspond to the correct LMS specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Educate various stakeholders in the many facets of the Product Catalog (i.e Set-up, Fulfillment, Implementation and Configuration)

  • Create timeline and roadmap of milestones which will articulate the transition of all non-BDS products into the centralized BDS Product Catalog

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with fulfillment and implementation teams to determine best strategies for Product deployment

  • Understand the various Product reporting needs and how to best achieve supporting structures (i.e. internal BDS hierarchies and Product attributes, as well as external - such as FP&A and BI Reporting)

  • Work with LMS teams to coordinate efforts for a smooth transition of BDS-provisioned Products

  • Manage the BDS Product set-up team

  • Actively participate in project workstreams gathering requirements to problem statements

  • Have a working knowledge of the data available or needed by the wider business for more complex or comparative analysis

  • Solve ambiguous analyses with less well-defined inputs and outputs; drive to the heart of the problem and identify root causes

  • Actively manage the timeline and deliverables of projects, focusing on interactions within the team

  • Define analytical approach; review and vet analytical approach with Core Project Team

  • Provide program communications to stakeholders

  • Understand and communicates the department's vision to Core Project Team

  • Understand initiative needs and identify opportunities to drive the project forward in the organization

  • Communicate roadblocks to Core Project Team and propose solution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Great communication skills, a strong business sense, and a data-oriented personality

  • Positive outlook and ability to establish rapport and work across a matrixed organization

  • Ability to work efficiently with an emphasis on attention to detail

  • Ability to think outside the box, and push the envelope to achieve results

  • Embracive of a fast-paced working environment with evolving job responsibilities

  • Commitment to continuous improvement for routine reporting

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • SQL based query skills, familiarity with data ingestion / ETL processes, APIs a plus

  • Tableau experience is a bonus
