Excellent full-time temp to hire position working ina prepress department as a Design Team Member!Interested candidate will be working for one of our Neenah clients where they will complete job tasks in various print design programs, such as MAC & PC platforms, prepare documents according to printing standards and make necessary adjustments to all types of files to ready them for print and digital reproduction.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and working with graphics files within Macintosh platforms such as Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design and Acrobat PDF files
• Applying color separations and color management by keeping presses aligned for color and press profiles
• Collaborating and connecting between office and production areas to communicate and/or send print files
• Troubleshooting document format issues and editing documents to achieve output results
• Performs other duties as assigned by management which could include data management

• High School diploma, GED or higher
• Prior experience within offset printing
• Experienced in working with MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Macintosh platforms such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Ability to color separate electronic art
  
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced, high technical environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to apply problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational time management skills
