Position Description:
Purpose Analyzes user needs and develop software solutions. Designs software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Primary Functions

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of computers, electronics, digital media, databases, applications, software development, risk management, and information security. Demonstrated critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills in a professional setting. High degree of self-motivation, passion, and a drive to learn. Ability to balance multiple priorities, as well as work independently and remotely as needed Specifications Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on equivalent basis Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology Management, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field from an accredited college or university. Minimum Required Experience: 3 years' experience Preferred Education: Preferred Experience: Programming in SQL, Tableau/Qlik, Power BI, Excel, and other data & visualization tools.
