We are seeking candidates for one of our premier clients in Stevens Point for Consumer Customer Care representatives. Hours are Monday-Friday working 8am-4:30pm. These positions are expected to continue through March of 2023.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from policy holders, office staff and agents/brokers via telephone, email, web chat and mail within established performance standards
Process payment information updates to policyholder's accounts and complete payment transactions
Manage correspondence, which may involve research and documentation of resolution
Participate in team meetings

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years customer service experience preferred
Insurance or inbound call center experience preferred
Computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite applications
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated and directed
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Must be well-organized and attentive to detail
Strong customer service orientation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other computer components
