Job Description
We are seeking candidates for one of our premier clients in Stevens Point for Consumer Customer Care representatives. Hours are Monday-Friday working 8am-4:30pm. These positions are expected to continue through March of 2023.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from policy holders, office staff and agents/brokers via telephone, email, web chat and mail within established performance standards
- Process payment information updates to policyholder's accounts and complete payment transactions
- Manage correspondence, which may involve research and documentation of resolution
- Participate in team meetings

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years customer service experience preferred
- Insurance or inbound call center experience preferred
- Computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite applications
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and directed
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Must be well-organized and attentive to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other computer components
