- Leading and supervising crews with their assigned tasks.
- Planning and scheduling following the project plans and production goals.
- Ensuring that the work done meets standards and all project policies and procedures are followed.
- Advocating and ensuring safe work culture.
- Preparing and reviewing work reports as required by the company.
- Safekeeping and ensuring all company-owned equipment are used accordingly.
- Representing the Company in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
- Participating in training programs and attending conferences or seminars as needed.
- Reporting and carrying out instructions by a Senior Superintendent, the Field Training Supervisor, a Project Manager, or other members of management.
Requirements:
- High school or GED graduate.
- Has at least 7 years in construction with at least 2 years in a leadership position - residential construction experience is a plus.
