SALES TAX COORDINATOR
Responsibilities for sales tax coordinator
* Resolve sales and use tax notices through written and oral communication
* Maintain and reconcile tax account balances and prepare monthly reports
Qualifications for sales tax coordinator
* Ensuring requests for resale certificates and W-9's are fulfilled for customers and vendors
* Assisting in Tax Audits
* Performing other projects / duties and accounting related special projects as assigned by Manager
* Must have solid communication, prioritization and organizational skills
* Prepare monthly Sales and Use tax data for submission
Desired Education Level
* Preferred education is High School Diploma
