MRI of University Circle has partnered with a leading high-end digital cutting equipment manufacturer that is expanding their footprint across the United States. We are seeking Field Service Engineers in the greater Milwaukee area. This role will be splitting time between working remotely and in an office environment. This role will provide installation, technical support, repair and maintenance on various types of high-end finishing equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience working on high-end finishing equipment or high-end digital printing equipment (i.e., high-speed continuous feed inkjet, label inkjet, wide-format inkjet, grand format inkjet, digital press, digital cutting equipment, etc.)
• Experience providing excellent customer service while under pressure
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel away from home at least 50% of the time
