Description:

Assist Chemists in preparing daily production such as bringing them materials, staging materials, handling chemicals or hazardous waste, setting up equipment, etc.

Prepare chromatographic supports and reagents for the manufacturing process

Transport reagents and raw materials from inventory locations to the production areas

Clean work stations and areas before/after production runs and for product switches

Assist Chemists with calibrating equipment for production runs

Follow specific SOP's and catalog all materials used within the MRP system to perform all documentation of daily production, quality, etc.

chemical, chemical compounding, chemical reaction, chemical technician, chemical operator, wet chemistry, chemical handling

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Associates degree within chemistry, chemical technology, or similar degree OR HSED, HS Diploma, or GED AND 2+ years of chemical manufacturing experience
