We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible high school or college student who can bring their skills to the workplace. The Accounts Payable Apprentice/Intern will support our AP Coordinators. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our vendor invoices; ensure all necessary supporting documentation has been obtained and filed; and build relationships with both our internal employees and external vendors. This is your chance to apply academic coursework in a semi-professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive vendor invoices and complete the 3-Way match for invoice entry for product received
• Receive service invoices and obtain proper approval and documentation for invoice entry
• Help with other responsibilities

Position Requirements:

• Pursuing Bachelor's /Associate's degree or enrolled in a High School Co-op Program
• Interest in the Business field
• Ability to multi-task
• Enthusiasm
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
