Funeral Home Administrative Assistant

A family-owned funeral home with multiple locations is looking for a Administrative Assistant for their growing team! This opportunity is perfect for an individual who is a leader and can multi-task, handle a fast-paced environment and has an extremely high attention for detail. What Does It Take to Be Qualified?

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to the smallest of details
  • Enjoy working as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Publisher is an advantage
  • Basic proficiency with technology, including but not limited to livestreaming software, creating photo slideshows, creating playlists on iTunes and Spotify, burning DVDs and CDs
  • Must be able to accurately type a minimum of 40 words per minute
