We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This candidate will be part of the IT Application Development and Support team and will be expected to participate in the design, development and support of business applications. This position will require technical qualifications coupled with "hands on" application development experience to meet a diversity of business needs.

This position is located at our global corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio (Midtown).

Job responsibilities include:

• Design, develop and support business applications (primarily Web Apps).
• Experience with source control tools and productivity tools like Atlassian, JIRA, BitBucket, MS Teams, and Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Reasonable knowledge and understanding of good cyber security coding and practices.
• Project management skills (certification not required).
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Administration preferred (demonstrated related work experience may be acceptable).
• 2-4 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Results focused with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Both written and oral communication skills are critical to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
