What we're looking for:

We are looking to hire a dynamic lead university recruiter to help drive our college hiring in the Americas. In this role, you will focus on end to end recruitment of campus talent including but not limited to, on-campus recruitment strategy, interview event facilitation, Intern programs, and reporting to partners as well as helping guide contract support staff for our university recruiting function.

Position Overview

Overall process of attracting, evaluating and selecting suitable candidates for jobs within an organization. Manages the staffing/employment function and activities. Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements. Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire. Develops and administers talent management efforts and employee referral programs. Manages contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters; job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates. Manages the resume tracking system. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns. May serve as or oversee website content expert for Staffing & Recruitment. May maintain manpower planning system and provide guidance to management on employment matters and/or affirmative action plans, as applicable. Submits reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. to Human Resources staff and/or senior management, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Hiring Managers to identify the talent profile needed
  • Lead University Relationships, including career centers, student groups, and professors
  • Promote the Citrix Brand on Campus and support delivery of Citrix's on campus engagement (travel may be required)
  • Facilitate assessment and hiring of all University talent, including Fulltime employees and Interns
  • Deliver regular updates to partners and various partners
  • Influence University Hiring programming and strategic partnerships to best position Citrix in the market for top talent
  • Enable Internship program perfection, including onboarding, feedback process for performance, and experience events
  • Partner with the industry recruiting teams to identify alliances and share talent throughout the organization
  • Guide a seasonal team of administrative support contractors during university hiring fluctuations

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Proven track record of partner management
  • 4-8+ years of Campus Recruiting experience, preferably for technical talent
  • Proven analytical background with emphasis on data-driven decision making
  • Organized and detail oriented, with experience in applicant tracking systems
