We are currently seeking Massage Therapists for our Glendale and Mequon locations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and service clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client during consultation
• Provide customized massage therapy services, through a variety of techniques that meet the clients' needs based off consultation
• Offer exceptional customer service and educate clients with treatment plans detailing products, services and treatments that encourages client retention
• Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients
• Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance

Qualifications

Education:

• High School diploma or GED

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• Appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License

Experience:

• Two-years massage experience in professional environment preferred
• Knowledge of body treatments preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:

• Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to internal and external customers
• Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Represent oneself professionally in dress, hair and make-up
• Continue to demonstrate technical ability of an exceptional caliber
• Maintain the cleanliness of the massage therapy rooms
