Location: Hybrid Role; will work onsite in West Allis, WI 2-3 days a week and the rest remote

Our client is seeking a talented, innovative senior software engineer who has a passion for programming and the desire to tackle complex and challenging problems to join their product development team.  As a senior software engineer, you will design, develop, test, and implement the most sophisticated machine vision systems in the world.

Job Description

• Design and develop software that will contribute to sensor FW, User Interfaces, PC applications, web services, and product build infrastructure.

• Provide creative engineering solutions to complex issues making you, and those around you, more efficient and more productive.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Need excellent development skills with Angular and TypeScript (5+ years minimum)

• Strong experience with .Net C# and C++

• Experience with HTML, REST, Python

• Experience with developing Windows applications for PC’s

• Experience with Microsoft WPF and .NET Framework technologies

• Experience with object orientated design and programming

• Familiar with software development processes, source code control, formal bug tracking

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and GUI design

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Team player and ability to work on multi-site development projects

• Ability to work in an agile/scrum environment

Minimum Education & Experience required:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related technical field or related discipline

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer
