Job Description
Job Duties:
Requirements:
- Set-Up, Adjusts, Program, and Operate CNC Equipment
- Detects machining operation malfunctions and out-of-tolerance dimensions.
- Recognizes and reports process variations, operational and tooling sequences, tool offsets, dimensional and finish deviations, and assists with making corrective adjustments within prescribed limitations.
- Cutting materials, secondary machining operation and part number engraving
- Inspection of product using various measuring devices
- Troubleshooting and completing quality checks
Requirements:
- Must have strong math skills
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and able to work as a team
- Must be detail oriented and quality minded
- Must be able to follow directions and have good problem solving and decision making skills
