Efficiently & effectively perform administrative tasks and coordinate with the Project Manager to help organize project phases and schedules, arrange support services, and track progress.
- Assist with the planning/implementation of project to meet deadlines.
- Perform various administrative tasks including drafting documents, such as affidavits, website text, and call center FAQs.
- Assist with managing multiple projects.
- Collaborate with other departments and operations on project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized, positive, works well under pressure and a proactive team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
- Paralegal experience a PLUS
