Business Unit Sales Manager - Electronics
SUMMARY:
Expand your professional portfolio as a Business Unit Sales Manager with our client in Milwaukee, WI. As the Business Unit Sales Manager, you will develop and increase the BU electronics market by initiating and implementing the sales strategy for an international white goods market player. This is a direct-hire position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical field
- knowledge of products and applications in Electronics and/or White Goods industry
- 5+ years related working experience as Sales Manager, focusing Electronics and/or White Goods industry
- Experience in SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent number recognition skills
- Experience with systems related to purchase order transactions
- Experience in multinational environment (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine annual sales plan by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories, projecting expected sales volume and value for existing and new products
- Perform sales budget and forecast planning
- Implement national sales programs by developing and implementing go to market sales action plans for Business Unit Electronics
- Regular customer price and contract negotiations in alignment according to group and Business Unit rules
- Acquire new customers and developing existing customers for a substantial growth based upon Business Unit strategy
- Maintain and develop a regional market by identifying market trends and adjusting the product portfolio accordingly
- Lead and develop the regional business, with meticulous interaction on a Business Unit level combined with the global production facilities and group headquarters
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies as well as internal product training
- Contribute to local and Business Unit team effort by accomplishing related results
