Provides Hardware and Software support. Resolves all routine issues and begins to support intermediate complexity incidents. Escalates effectively to Field (Service and PS). Escalates to vendors when necessary. Opens and follows up on support tickets to vendors.

- Represents the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries or troubleshooting product problems.
- Expert in basic hardware, networking and software technologies, with 85%+ at desk resolution.
- Learns and grows in deeper skill with common hardware and software solutions.
- Learns and grows capability with advanced software solutions, with 50%+ individual resolution.
- Troubleshoots more consistently.
- Effective ticket documentation is that follows standards.

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- May require up to 5% travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary); ability to work remote for business continuity.
- HDI Support Center Analyst, A+, Network+

ESS Specific: Certification and intermediate proficiency in supporting eCopy, uniFLOW.
ESS Prod Specific: VP Series/PrismaSync, ImagePress/EFI Fiery, Fiery Applications.
PPS Specific: PrismaProduction Basic / Advanced, Linux Essentials.
LFS Specific: TDS/CW567/PW Product and Controller, ReproDesk or DirectPrint.
MPS Specific: MPS/CMT, DCA/CCA data collectors, MDS-Ops.
