As an Inbound-Inside Sales Representative with Simco/FCX Performance, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team. You'll spend your time interacting with your customers in determining their process flow control and instrumentation needs, while providing solutiosn to meet those needs. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales results!

Responsibilites:

• Sell company products and services to customers
• Provide technical and application specific information.
• Process and expedite customer orders, customer returns and vendor returns in an accurate and timely manner, with efficiency in vendor follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Obtain quotes from vendors, effectiveely handle email correspondences from customers, and field calls from customers
• Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to make product recommendations and solve customer specific challenges

Position Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in a customer facing role required, experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service role with an Industrial Distributor is a plus
• Written and verbal communication skills including English grammar
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Mechanically inclined
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
