Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Lead sales strategies
· Identify the best companies to partner with and look at the current client lists to determine the strongest partners
· Quote prospects
· Forecast sales
· Work with the team to make sure projects stay on time
· Other sales functions
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Custom manufacturing sales experience
- Coaching and developing experience – 3 years
- Ability to work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and distribution
- Travel domestically
