We are seeking a Supervisor of Guest Services to:

  • Bring their remarkable hospitality and supervisory skills to lead Guest Services employees in delivering exceptional patient and family experience across UW Health.
  • Be in charge of the success of the Guest Services Ambassador program, which assists patients and customers in wayfinding and personal navigation throughout the facility.
  • Be responsible for the hiring, managing, coaching, and development of employees, budgeting for the department, partnering with leadership to improve patient and guest experiences, and oversight of concierge services.
  • Bring an enthusiastic, community oriented approach to genuinely influence the customer service experience at University Hospital.

Education:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree or four years' experience in lieu of degree.

Work Experience:
Minimum - Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working in the hospitality or healthcare industry.
Preferred - Three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Valid WI driver's license and approved driving record as determined by UW Health Risk Management.

Physical Requirements:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, or scheduled for 40 hours per week. The position is to be scheduled for day shifts, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary depending on the operational needs of the department.
