Do you work a seasonal job?  Are you looking for winter employment, extra income, or a sense of purpose? Join our professional snow and ice management team!  We are seeking on-call seasonal staff to assist in our winter snow/ice removal operations from November through April.  With excellent performance and reliability, you can get ahead with a potential spring job offer.

We service the Milwaukee 4-county area and Madison.   Specific dispatch locations include Germantown/Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, Milwaukee/Downtown, North Shore/Glendale, Wauwatosa, and Madison!

Equipment is provided*.  Hourly pay rate is based on experience.

Shovelers and Sidewalk Equipment Premium pay (weekly) $16 - $20/hr

Snow and Salt Plow Drivers  Premium pay (weekly) $20 - $30/hr (Valid Driver's License and responsible Driving Record Required)  MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR'S EXPERIENCE DRIVING A SNOW PLOW FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL properties.

Heavy Equipment Operators (Skidsteers, Wheel-Loaders, Articulating Loaders) Premium pay $22 - $35/hr

Applicants must possess reliable transportation, a reliable phone (so that we can contact you!), a willing attitude, the ability to work in cold temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds.   You must be at least 18 years old.

Plow/Salt Drivers:
A valid driver's license and responsible driving record is required to drive our trucks.
At least one year's experience with plowing/salting business and residential properties
