Position Summary: Manage Manufacturing MRO while performing inventory cycle counting. Assists the Supervisors and Master Scheduler in providing guidance to others performing cycle counts and daily production operations. Assists in the training employees. Coordinates Facility outside services.
Essential Responsibilities: (other duties as assigned) Maintains proper stocking levels of Safety PPE and handheld tools. Sources machine repair and replacement components. Maintains plant-wide racking system. Provides daily guidance to Maintenance Technician. Coordinates Facility Outside Support Services. Directs workforce during any Supervisor absence or when necessary to ensure routine performance and operation of all activities at Brewer. Performs daily cycle counts and provides guidance to cycle count personnel. Reconciles inventory and job transaction discrepancies in computer Syteline system. Manages supply and availability of hand tools and consumables for production.

Qualifications:
Associate degree and/or some college preferred
4-5 years working in a manufacturing environment
Displayed ability to assume leadership responsibilities, affect economical manufacturing and achieve production goals

Regular and consistent attendance
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experienced in operation of Forklift
Mechanical aptitude
Physical / Mental Demands:
Medium work. May be required to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis and occasionally 50+lbs.
The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
The worker is required to have the physical dexterity and ability to move in the following manner; stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, repetitive motion
