Manufacturing Engineer - Milwaukee, WI

Background
Our client is an international industrial manufacturer and maintenance provider who, for over 60 years, has been recognized worldwide for their commitment to innovation, technological development, service and reliability in the transit industry. ttg Talent Solution has been engaged to find a Manufacturing Engineer, based in Milwaukee, WI.

Job Type: Regular Full -Time Permanent
Job Hours: 40 hours / week; 1st Shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm
(Must have open availability to cover any assigned shift, to include nights, holidays and weekends)
Job Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary Range: $60,00 Annually
Benefits: 100% Health Benefits for employees, 50% for dependent; 401K Match and great time off policy

Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
Key requirements and responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer - Milwaukee role are:

  • Define and improve processes for electrical installations mounting and maintenance
  • Define production tools and equipment, necessary for the performance of assembly operations
  • Cooperate in the validation of the first manufactured units
  • Cooperate with the product engineering team on implementing improvements in new projects and product
  • Identify areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality
  • Design new products and processes when appropriate
  • Ensure cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards
  • Work effectively within a team and have a high level of technical expertise
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Industrial Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical Technical Engineering skills
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years verifiable experience in manufacturing and/or industrial setting
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Driven and self-directed with ability to take ownership
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Spanish language, a plus
  • Availability to travel
Must be fully vaccinated and provide COVID-19 vaccination card.
