Are you a process engineer with a strong scientific molding background, maybe even RJG master molder certification located in the Milwaukee area or open to relocating to the Milwaukee area?

We are searching for an experienced, minimum of 3-years hands-on experience, Process Engineer for one of our clients in the Western Milwaukee suburbs.

In this role, you will work side by side with the Lead Process Engineer, own the PQ process, work closely with and help mentor process technicians, and support the advanced engineering team and new lunches team In order to keep production processes smooth and efficient.

Our client is a relatively small company, with around 100 employees at this location, but they have invested in some big company systems in order to stay competitive in the medical device field.

They are family-owned with no debt and no private equity money so you would be stepping into a very financially stable environment.

The salary range for this position is flexible for the right person and our target range is in the $65-$90k range.

Must have skills:

• IQ, OQ, PQ validation processes with full ownership of PQ
• Experience applying scientific molding principles
• Strong scientific molding background, RJG, and Master Molder II certified - preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Enjoys mentoring and teaching
• Good analyzing skills and eye for details

Nice to have:

• Liquid silicon rubber experience
• Tooling experience
• ISO 13485 experience

Comp package:

Salary $65-$90k with upward flexibility for the right fit, secondary benefits, and performance bonus with 3 weeks vacation.
