Responsibilities:

- Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly

-Consults with customers in a professional and upbeat manner

-Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.

-Maintain a clean and organized salon

- Cash Handling, Opening/Closing procedures

-Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking.

- Set example for staff

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, or equivalent

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check (Drug-Free Workplace)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven experience in retail, customer service environment.

- Leadership experience required

- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time

- Must be able to list 25 pounds without assistance

- Reliable transportation

- Availability including nights and weekends a must

- MUST LOVE TANNING!
