Rachel Richards founded this business in 2017 with the publication of her first bestselling book, Money Honey. She now has multiple books, online courses, and programs. Rachel's superpower is making the topic of money sassy, fun, and simple. Her audience consists of mostly female millennials and Gen Zers.

The Role Let's get shit done!

The Customer Relations Virtual Assistant (VA) oversees all customer relations and inquiries. You are generally responsible for email communication, scheduling, managing meeting / interview / podcast requests, and responding to all inquiries we receive across a variety of platforms. The Customer Relations VA is expected to be gracious, warm, and professional in all communications. From an online reader looking for financial advice to a company looking to sponsor Rachel, you will be the point person who represents the brand from the very beginning.

You are central to the integrity and image of this company. With a reliable, professional, and organized Customer Relations VA, Money Honey Rachel will be able to serve her existing and potential customers in an exceptional way, which ultimately increases customer loyalty and revenue.

The position is part-time with an expected workload of 5-8 hours per week.

The Responsibilities
  • Respond to all incoming requests -- whether from a reader, client, brand, or acquaintance -- and whether the inquiry comes through email, text, Instagram, LinkedIn, Podmatch, or another platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as first point of contact.
  • Manage existing clients by listening and responding to their needs.
  • Build effective email and messaging templates to ensure you can respond in an efficient and consistent manner.
  • Manage and update Rachel's calendar.
  • Reach out to potential podcast hosts and other influential connections that can benefit Rachel.
  • Write and mail thank you notes to existing or new customers.
  • Review inquiries with Rachel during a weekly or monthly meeting.
  • Manage contact information through Pipedrive and keep all online records updated.
  • Complete other administrative tasks on a monthly basis, including but not limited to backing up email subscribers, updating follower chart, updating media sheet & website page, updating email spreadsheet, and miscellaneous projects
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience as a virtual assistant
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional, empathetic, and approachable written and verbal communication skills.
  • American-English fluency and excellent grammar.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Mastery of Google's G Suite of products including Gmail, Docs, and Drive.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with Pipedrive, or past experience with another Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Strong internet connection required.
  • Proficiency with virtual meeting and collaboration software and tools.
  • Proficiency with word-processing software, spreadsheets, and online calendars.
  • Must be available during business hours, Monday through Friday.
