Landscape Nursery Manager

Founded in 1959 by legendary landscaper David J. Frank, six decades later we are one of the largest landscape contractors in the nation and employ the largest landscape workforce in the state of Wisconsin.  Over 250 landscape professionals, three dozen graduate horticulturalists, a dozen landscape architects, 20 certified arborists, carpenters, an agronomist, an entomologist, and 3,000 pieces of equipment. Our nursery in Germantown, Wisconsin presently has 80 acres of land, we have been lining out Shade & Ornamental Trees, Conifers, and Shrubs for over 40 years.  We utilize 5 acres of holding yard for maintaining trees, shrubs, conifers, roses, perennials, and seasonal color that is either harvested from our fields or purchased from growers across the country.  We also utilize our holding yard for tagging and assembling plants for our crews to use for installation on our clients’ projects.
Required Qualifications:

• Horticulture Degree and Nursery Manager Experience
• Green Industry Supervisory Experience
• Green Material Procurement and Purchasing Experience
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and operations software/technology
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and responsible driving record
