Grounds Keeper

Job Description
Milwaukee area property management company that maintains many office buildings (1-2 stories) throughout the Milwaukee metropolitan area is looking for an experienced Grounds Keeper. This person will work independently so they must be self motivated. They will maintain and replace plants, flowers, trees, grass and mulch,. Minimal grass cutting and snow removal are done because this is the responsibility of contractors.. Trash removal of vacant buildings and light repair work is also expected. This position pays a very competitive
