The People Service Center Assistant role is a great way to learn about HR systems, data, and processes by supporting the Human Resources function. The PSC supports our team members across a variety of HR-related services by responding to requests by phone, email, Service Center tickets, or as directed by others.
Primary Duties:
Effectively review and process HR service requests and transactions in a variety of HR systems
Provide end-user support for team members interacting with Human Resources systems
Guide team members in the effective use of self-service to submit inquiries, update personal data and research Human Resources policies and procedures.
Performs a variety of office support duties for the HR department that may include maintaining or retrieving on-line or paper files, mail, data entry, intranet updates, new hire file compliance and assists with reconciliations and audits
Continuously reviews and evaluates current processes and identifies areas of improvement.
Serves as resource to support special projects
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
1-2 years customer service experience, preferred
Experience with UKG Pro, Easy Vista, Quantum Workplace, iCIMS, preferred
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform independently in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to maintain confidentiality, a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization's Human Resources programs and policies.
While this job is currently 100% remote, ideal candidates will be in the greater Madison or Milwaukee, WI area.
