• Hours: Evening and Weekend Hours available. 3pm-7pm Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm Friday, 8-12 Saturday. Rotating shifts and weekends
• Required Travel: Yes. Float between locations

What you will need:

• License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of IL required.
• Education: Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy Assistant program with possession of an Associate Degree from an accredited college or university approved by the APTA required.
• Certification: CPR certification required.
• Experience: N/A
• Skills: N/A

What you will do:

• Provide physical therapy treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients under the general supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records
