The Programmer Analyst II is an integral part of the technology team focused on designing, developing, optimizing and testing applications for the mobile, database, web and/or ERP spaces.

Ensure other team membersadhere to coding standards and mentor them as needed.

Development

Convert requirements into design using combinations of custom objects, formula fields and workflows all working together as a final completed solution.

Work closely with business andmanagement on translating product and business requirements, to technical requirements aiding in the developmentand implementation of the same.

Drive core team processes to project success, through technical contributions.

Provide technical leadership and direction, balancing short and long term technology investments.

Coordinate and perform system upgrades, administration, monitoring, and maintenance

Project support

Manage on-going expansion and IT improvement processes for assigned businesses

Provide leadership and liaises with internal and external developers and follows up to completion on IT issues

Application support

Aid in the Level 2 support of applications, troubleshooting system failures and data discrepancies

Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

5-7 years of experience spanning software engineering and technical leadership.

Expertisewith ETL tools like SSIS/ Informatica/ Boomi, Reporting tools like SSRS/Tableau, database development, and distributed system development.

Strong SQL skills

Knowledge of Python and Unix scripting languages

Experienced with Excel, Microsoft Access, Project, PowerPoint and Word.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to engage effectively with business and technical partners.

Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast paced team environment.
