This is an online position that can be performed remotely from any location.

Herzing University's online division is currently looking to fill a part-time adjunct faculty position teaching our insurance billing and coding students for the upcoming fall term. These courses are strictly online, not requiring faculty to report to any certain location, and taught asynchronously and synchronously with the flexibility to teach around individual schedules.

The primary responsibility of Adjunct Faculty is to create a learning environment that is engaging, inspiring, and supports students in achieving their highest academic potential.

Requirements:

Master's Degree
Coding Certification (CCS, CPC, RHIA, or other equivalent coding certification)

Minimum of 5 years in a coding facility or private practice preferred

Previous teaching experience; online teaching experience preferred
