Suggest and execute necessary improvements. Root Cause Analysis training a plus.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic problems on machinery and equipment to determine the extent and method of repairs and/or replacement of worn or defective parts and establish a troubleshooting process based on findings.Perform a wide variety of repairs and/or fabrications on various machines and production equipment such as: welding, testing and assembly equipment, molding presses, CNC equipment, etc.Work with Manufacturing Engineer on various maintenance related issues.Work from prints, schematics, drawings and sketches. Including air, hydraulic and electrical prints.Order replacement parts and materials and maintain inventories.Follow company safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Perform other duties as required.Physical Requirements: Medium work frequentlyHeavy work infrequentlyEquipment Used: Diagnostic equipmentForklift/Various liftsHand tools/Air tools/Power toolsOverhead hoistGrindersLathe/Drill PressPrecision measuring equipmentElectrical testing equipmentVarious cutting torchesWelding equipmentSaws/ShearsYou should:Have earned your high school diploma or GED.Have 3-5 years of experience.Be able to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision.
