Curiosity meets passion! The Sales Instructional Designer at Uline helps our Sales department maintain our training programs and materials.
Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training modules and materials for 500+ employee North American Sales Department.
- Design eLearning training modules with topics ranging from product education to soft skill development.
- Analyze product, procedure, and competitor modules used in our account representative training.
- Audit materials and modules to ensure training matches with directives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Corporate Sales to ensure effective follow-through and management of corporate-led programs.
Minimum Requirements
- New grads encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Instructional design and / or training experience a plus.
- Experience with eLearning Tools - Articulate Storyline a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
- Available for travel to offsite meetings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
