Instructional Designer - Sales

Curiosity meets passion! The Sales Instructional Designer at Uline helps our Sales department maintain our training programs and materials.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain training modules and materials for 500+ employee North American Sales Department.
  • Design eLearning training modules with topics ranging from product education to soft skill development.
  • Analyze product, procedure, and competitor modules used in our account representative training.
  • Audit materials and modules to ensure training matches with directives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Corporate Sales to ensure effective follow-through and management of corporate-led programs.

Minimum Requirements
  • New grads encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Instructional design and / or training experience a plus.
  • Experience with eLearning Tools - Articulate Storyline a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
  • Available for travel to offsite meetings.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
