Job Description
This full time, permanent Industrial Machine Electrical PLC Controls Engineer is at a employee-owned, established, growing, state-of-the-art, highspeed machine manufacturer. Because the company is employee-owned, employees are treated exceptionally well as they are owners of the company. Sales have consistently grown five to ten percent annually. Engineers are not bored here as they are allowed to float between projects and groups. Employees also are able to get cross-trained, if that is of interest. The work is interesting as they are designing several new concepts and applications. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic.The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: Working on the leading edge of servo technologyDeveloping Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs)Developing the Human Machine Interface (HMIs)Integrating drives into the controls systemDoing engineering calculations Successful candidates should have the following background: A four year Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering degreeThree or more years of Siemens and/or Allen Bradley experienceFour or more years of machine PLC programming experienceFour or more years of HMI programming experienceThree or more years of servo drive experience
