Title - Reliability Engineer

Location-Milwaukee, WI (Remote)

Duration-2 months contract

JOB DESCRIPTION

• This project will create the reliability modelling for 25 key products.
• Project Scope: Follow/improve the defined reliability processes to develop reliability models showing expected product performance of key products, and then work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine the models to ensure maximum accuracy.

The initial project scope includes the following:

1. Partner with cross-functional technical, operational, and functional teams to identify key reliability risks and use appropriate reliability techniques (Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), hazard analysis, etc.) to assess, prioritize, correct and mitigate issues.

2. Utilize learnings from observations and analyses to identify opportunities for reliability improvement.

3. Partner with cross-functional teams to help develop reliability modelling capabilities and competencies; understand the results and take appropriate improvement actions.

All work may be accomplished virtually.

Work with reliability core team members to model/refine and drive improvement in key products.

Experience required:

Reliability Modeling, Weibull, Reliability predictions, Life Cycle Costs, FTA, Hazard analysis, Worst case analysis and knowledge of Minitab.
