WAMGROUP a leading vibrator motor and flow aids manufacturer in the North America, is looking for a new Sales member, experienced in the Flow Aids product sector.
Job Description
The main objective of this position is to ensure the interaction with the end users, distributors and our customers to uncover areas where the Company can improve our products to better fill the needs of our North American customers with the end result of increasing sales in this high profile product segment.
Location of work
This position can be home-office based, no relocation would be required.
Main Responsibilities
- Specialization in flow aids product range comprised of pneumatic vibration, pneumatic hammers, pneumatic cannons, air fluidizers and vibratory motors
- Liaison between the end users of the products and the product design team
- Use the current relationships and experience and a variety of search methods to uncover new, OEM and Distribution prospects
- Use dry bulk material handling industry knowledge and natural curiosity to conduct a thorough phone or site interview with prospects to determine if they fit the company's target customer profile and provide market feedback to our corporate design teams to improve our product offerings
- Travel when necessary on a local and overnight basis to trade shows and customer facilities to gain a better understanding of the needs in the market
- Use the advanced closing and negotiation skills to turn those prospects into profitable customers
Academic and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline, candidates with a BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar education level are preferred
- 3+ years of experience dealing with Material Flow in the Bulk Material Handling Industry are exempt from education requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a major industrial company sales environment
- Hands-on knowledge of the pneumatic vibrator manufacturing industry would be an advantage
- General knowledge of marketing / sales techniques
- International Experience and global mindset
- Mathematical ability is required in this role
- Other additional languages are preferred
