Located in the City of Wauwatosa, we self-manage 130 plus properties and continually buy, rehab and sell over 30 properties a year. • Light electrical repairs on items such as light fixtures, switches and outlets
• Light plumbing work, such as setting toilet and replacing fittings
• Clean out of units
• Light carpentry, such as replacing/hanging doors, blinds, repairing cabinets
• Assembling houses after paint
• Demolition
• Light painting
• Material delivery
• Remodeling
• Tree trimming, pruning, mulching, planting and lawn maintenance
• Snow removal
• All other tasks as assigned
