Team Driver s play an important role in operations at Merx Global and they are paid accordingly. Our team trucks are assigned to run dedicated lanes running a combination of various locations around the country and earn premium rates per mile. These drivers need to be responsible, as the accounts serviced by these trucks are time sensitive and on-time delivery is a must. With that in mind, we place an emphasis on finding top talent for this role and seat team members in our best equipment to ensure that they will be comfortable at all times.
Our dedicated team lanes currently include:
Highlights
$0.75 CPM per team
Holiday Pay - 6 National Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day $100.00 per day
Consistent Miles = Consistent Pay: Average roughly 6,000 miles weekly
Top Performers Earn More: Our top drivers can regularly earn over $8,400/month
Work with modern equipment in quality trucks: APU, Inverter, Fridge, Double Bunk
Consistent home time each week: 2-3 weeks out across the entire country
Primarily 1 Pick/1 Drop Routes: Straightforward and easy on drivers

- $10,000 Sign-On bonus, paid out as $1000/month per driver over five months
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2 Years of CDL A Experience
- No more than 1 accident in the past 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
