Reservations Specialist - Remote Work (WI Resident)

$250 SIGN ON BONUS

Are you someone who enjoys working as part of a large team in a agile and energic environment? Do you have the communication and computer skills required to deliver high quality customer service? If so, the Reservations Specialist role with Kohler Hospitality may be a fit for you!

Reservations Specialists provide prompt, genuine, and high-quality service while speaking with guests to reserve room, dining, spa, golf and miscellaneous activities. Associates focus on delighting guests during every interaction by providing unparalleled knowledge on all things Kohler Hospitality.

Reservations Specialist are provided with 8 weeks of training before working on their own and have access to additional monthly incentives! The ideal candidate will have availability to work weekdays and weekends between 8:00am and 11:00pm. Flexible scheduling can be accommodated. Wisconsin Residents Only.

Skills/Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required

• Proficient oral and written communication

• Previous computer experience and overall computer proficiency is necessary
