Location: Lowell - Massachusetts - USAFunction: Accounting/FinanceRef #: 20210017889 Apply > Description UKG is searching for an individual to join our team of commission analysts who administer the variable compensation system and process for our Global Services organization. The candidate will report to the Finance Manager, Services Incentive Compensation. Job Responsibilities: * Review and understand incentive compensation plans (ICP's) and support the team's administration of commission payments to approximately 2,000 Service employees in 16 countries * Engage with the business and participate in the development and modification of compensation plans to meet changing demands of the business each year * Perform modeling and ad-hoc analysis to monitor success of new ICP's, etc. * Participate in process improvements across all UKG payroll groups to improve consistency in payment administration * Ensure commission system and data are set up and maintained to support accurate and timely commission payments under the annual ICP's * Ensure Service commission expenses are accrued monthly for all Service organizations Qualifications * Must have 5+ years' experience in administering commissions in an automated commission system for a medium to large size company * Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred * Experience communicating with field service personnel of all levels on compensation issues * Accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and business acumen are essential * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience with ERP systems and data warehouse applications is a plus * Understanding of commission accounting concepts (accruals, payments, P impact, etc.) is a plus Corporate overview Here at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
