In support of the company mission, Developer, Senior Course is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging eLearning courses using eLearning authoring tools.
The employee is expected to adhere to ethics policies and practices as established by OnCourse Learning.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external customers, subject matter experts, and management to identify performance needs and opportunities for improvement; analyze tasks, procedures, and processes; recommend practical solutions; and determine and promote effective training
Develop course content (across multiple business units) at a variety of interactivity and build levels
Manage design/build level documents/templates around highly engaging and interactive eLearning products
Develop and/or prepare presentation materials; write, direct, and/or edit department videos, as assigned
Provide eLearning guidance, technical project coordination, consultative services, and liaison with cross-functional business units, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop course specifications and gather course content
Mentor department peers, develop department standards and guidelines, and share knowledge to internal resources
Remain current on new trends in usability that will inform development of the best user-centered design experience

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Design, Learning Development, Adult Learning, etc. from a four-year college or university or two years' experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Complex problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities
Hands-on experience with a variety of eLearning authoring tools required: Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.
Video/Multimedia production and editing experience.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and competing priorities
Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals at all levels of an organization
Experience using an LMS to deliver courseware
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
SCORM/AICC/xAPI experience is required
